Here's another great Allgigs exclusive for all Killing Joke fans living in the North - a chance to grab pre-sale tickets for their upcoming Nottingham and Manchester concerts, days in advance of other ticket-sellers.
Jaz Coleman and crew are set to storm the two cities at the end of March - Nottingham's Rock City plays host on the 30th, while Manchester's O2 Academy will do the same on the 31st. Neither town has seen Killing Joke in action for a few years, making this an even more special occasion. Also announced is a date as part of the South Bank's Ether Festival on 1st April - tickets and more information to be announced... watch this space.
Meanwhile, you can purchase tickets for the Manchester and Nottingham gigs from us now for £19.50 (plus fee) - a full 48 hours before everyone else!
Killing Joke are synonymous with British new-wave and post-punk in the late '70s to the mid-'80s, releasing intense, dark and uncompromising tracks such as "Requiem", "Love Like Blood", "Follow The Leaders" and "Fire Dances", before veering off to a more industrial-rock sound in the '90s.
Their most recent set, "Absolute Dissent", appeared towards the end of last year and their legacy was recognized on the limited edition which featured Metallica, Foo Fighters and Fear Factory (plus Nouvelle Vague!) covering several Joke anthems.
Prepare to be blasted into orbit by one of Britain's loudest and electrifying live acts.
