The Civil Wars
Grammy-winning American indie folk duo composed of singer-songwriters Joy Williams and John Paul White, who met at a Nashville songwriting session.
They gained national exposure in the US when their song 'Poison and Wine' featured in an episode of 'Grey's Anatomy' in late 2009.
Their debut album "Barton Hollow" appeared in 2011.
The pair split in 2012.
