Texas is the Reason are an American melodic hardcore band founded in 1994 - they reformed in 2012, and once again in 2025. The band features founder members: Chris Daly - drums, Scott Winegard - bass, Garret Klahn - vocals/ guitar, plus guitarist John Herguth.
They released their debut album, "Do You Know Who You Are?" in 1996, plus 1999's: "Your Choice Live Series 037" (split with Samiam).
