[1928 - 2009] Koko Taylor was an American blues singer AKA "The Queen of the Blues".
She released her debut album, "Love You Like a Woman" in 1968, followed by: "Koko Taylor" (1969), "Basic Soul" (1972), "South Side Lady" (1973), "Southside Baby" (1975), "I Got What It Takes" (1975), "The Earthshaker" (1978), "From the Heart of a Woman" (1981), "Queen of the Blues" (1985), "Live from Chicago: An Audience with the Queen" (1987), "Wang Dang Doodle" (1991), "Jump for Joy" (1992), "Force of Nature" (1993), "Royal Blue" (2000), plus 2007's: "Old School".
