  How Do I Contact You?

  Please see our Contact page for details on how to contact us to provide feedback, correct an error, provide additional information, add your band/ events etc.

    If you purchased tickets via a link from this site, and you have not received a booking confirmation within 24hrs, please first check your "junk email" to ensure it hasn't been deemed as junk.

    If your tickets have yet to turn-up, in the first instance, please try to locate your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions on the email to contact the agent directly. This will be your fastest route for information.

    Failing that, please email us via enquiries@allgigs.co.uk, remembering to include the following information:

    • artist/ event name
    • event date
    • venue name
    • purchase date (roughly)
    • ticket agent (e.g. SeeTickets, TicketMaster, TicketLine etc.)
    • booking reference number (if you have it)

    Armed with this information, we shall contact the ticket agent on your behalf.
    
    Please note: if you purchased tickets via WeGotTickets: they do not send out tickets, you need to print the online tickets after purchase. More info: WeGotTickets FAQs
