Award-winning Seattle-based alternative/ grunge metal band formed in 1987, featuring founder members, Jerry Cantrell - lead guitar and Sean Kinney - drums, plus Mike Inez - bass and lead singer, William DuVall.
During the early '90s, the band enjoyed crossover success with the albums "Facelift" and "Dirt", before making a comeback in 2009 with "Black Gives Way to Blue", "The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here" (2013), plus 2018's: "Rainier Fog".
Former lead singer, Layne Staley passed away in 2002. Original bass player, Mike Starr passed away in 2011.
