American alternative rock band formed by singer/songwriter Mark Oliver Everett in 1995. Other musicians are chosen as and when required for live work.
After a few Everett solo albums, he recorded under The Eels moniker from 1996, releasing the acclaimed "Beautiful Freak" album.
Other key works include "Electro-Shock Blues", "Souljacker" and 2018's: "The Deconstruction".
