The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain

Acoustic, singing and ukulele playing band that notched up a minor hit in 2005 with "Dy-na-mi-tee" (by Ms Dynamite).

Their repertoire essentially covers contemporary pop and rock songs, delivered in a relaxed folk/acoustic style.

They released their debut album, "The Ukulele Variations" in 1988, followed by: "Hearts of Oak" (1990), "A Fist Full of Ukuleles" (1994), "Pluck" (1998), "Eine Kleine Ukemusik" (2000), "Anarchy in the Ukulele" (2000), "Songs for Plucking Lovers" (2000), "The Secret of Life" (2004), "Miss Dy-na-mi-tee" (2005), "Precious Little" (2007), "Christmas with the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain" (2008), "(Ever Such) Pretty Girls" (2015), "Lousy War" (2016), "The Originals" (also 2016), "By Request (Songs From The Set List)" (2018), "The Only Album by the Ukulele Orchestra You Will Ever Need Volume Three" (2019), "Never Mind The Reindeer" (2020), "The Only Album By The Ukulele Orchestra You Will Ever Need, Volume 9" (2020), plus 2021's: "One Plucking Thing After Another".
