Richard Marx

American rock and pop singer-songwriter who found fame as a soloist in the '80s with the album "Repeat Offender" and the singles "Right Here Waiting" and "Hazard".

Marx has also forged a career as a songwriter and has written with Richard Carpenter, Cliff Richard, John Farnham, The Tubes, Luther Vandross and Katherine Jenkins amongst dozens more.

He released his debut album, "Richard Marx" in 1987, followed by: "Repeat Offender" (1989), "Rush Street" (1991), "Paid Vacation" (1994), "Flesh and Bone" (1997), "Days in Avalon" (2000), "My Own Best Enemy" (2004), "Sundown" (2008), "Emotional Remains" (2008), "Christmas Spirit", "Seven & Seven" (both in 2012), "Beautiful Goodbye" (2014), "Limitless" (2020), plus 2022's: "Songwriter".
