"Many will know Squire for his musical achievements with The Stone Roses and The Seahorses. During his music career Squire never stopped painting but it wasn't until 2004 he began to focus solely on visual art.

Having trained as a model maker 25 years ago, Squire's visual art career has consistently developed, through abstraction to a more minimal style during the past year. Squire is fascinated with the texture and the transformative properties of the medium he uses, often resulting in the layering and decaying of materials.

In this exhibition, Squire explores the possibilities of scale through a body of large 3D works, revealing new directions to his art with a wide range of paintings and mixed media sculpture on display for the first time."
