Kruder and Dorfmeister

Kruder and Dorfmeister

Downtempo and dub 'n' chill-out duo from Austria, formed of producers and DJs Peter Kruder and Richard Dorfmeister.

They have been active since 1993, releasing much of their material on their own G-Stone label (also based in Austria) including the landmark EP "G-Stoned" featuring "Deep Shit", a track often associated with the Cafe Del Mar scene of the 90s and the Trip-Hop scene.

Both members have remixed major artists including Madonna and Depeche Mode.

Key album is "The K&D Sessions" (K7) released in 1998, containing most of their important mixes with Alex Reece, Roni Size, Depeche Mode, Lamb, David Holmes and Bomb The Bass.
