Adam Holmes (with his band "Adam Holmes and The Embers") play original contemporary folk songs with added pop and a hint of Scotland. They were nominated for Best Folk Newcomer at the Edinburgh's 2011 Radio 2 Folk Award.
Debut album, "Brighter Still" was released in 2016, followed by 2018's: "Midnight Milk".
