Anthony Horowitz is an English OBE-awarded novelist and screenwriter. He was chosen by the Ian Fleming estate to write the new James Bond novel, 'Trigger Mortis'. Other work includes the Alex Rider, 'The Power of Five' and 'The Diamond Brothers' series of children's novels.
Adult work includes the James Bond novel, plus the Sherlock Holmes novels, 'Moriarty' and 'The House of Silk' plus more.
Horowitz also writes for TV, adapting many of Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot novels for the ITV series.
He is the creator and writer of the ITV series 'Foyle's War' and adapted Caroline Graham's books for the TV version of 'Midsomer Murders'.
