Richard Bona

Richard Bona is an African jazz bassist and musician from Cameroon.

He moved to New York in 1995 and has since worked with the likes of Joe Zawinul, Larry Coryell, Michael and Randy Brecker, Mike Stern, George Benson and more.

Albums include the 1999 debut 'Scenes from my life', plus 'Reverence' (2001), 'Munia (The Tale)' (2003), 'Toto Bona Lokua' (2004), 'Tiki' (2005), 'The Ten Shades of Blues' (2009), 'Bonafied' (2013) and "Heritage" (2016 with Mandekan Cubano).
