[1944 - 2012] Marvin Hamlisch was a multi-award winning American composer who collected Grammys, Emmys, Tonys, Oscars, Golden Globes and even a Pulitzer Prize.
His credits include the score for the 1975 musical 'A Chorus Line' (one of the longest running shows in Broadway history) and, in the cinema, the scores for 'Ordinary People', 'Sophie's Choice' and 'The Spy Who Loved Me' (he co-wrote Carly Simon's 'Nobody Does It Better').
