Amelia Lily

A rock/pop singer and performer from Middlesbrough, Amelia Lily is one of the youngest contestants during series 8 UK X Factor. She was voted off from the girls' category in week one of the live shows by her mentor Kelly Rowland but was then voted back by the public in week 6 to replace Frankie Cocozza. She came third in the competition.

After her success on the X factor, Amelia released her debut single 'You Bring Me Joy' in 2012 which reached no. 2 on the UK Singles Chart and 'Shut Up (and Give Me Whatever You Got)' reached no. 11. She also supported Girls Aloud on their reunion tour in 2013. She has also appeared in the hit musical Green Day's American Idiot.

She worked with Xenomania's Brian Higgins and Miranda Cooper (production team behind hits for Girls Aloud, Saturday's, the Gossip and more) on her debut album 'Be a Fighter' due out in May 2013.
