Genesis are an influential English pop/ prog rock band formed in 1967, featuring a core line-up of: Tony Banks - keyboards, Mike Rutherford - bass/ guitar and drummer/ singer Phil Collins. Founder member, Peter Gabriel left the band in 1975, rejoining occasionally, later on. Other notable former members include: Steve Hackett and Anthony Phillips, among many other musicians.
They released their debut album, "From Genesis to Revelation" in 1969, followed by: "Trespass" (1970), "Nursery Cryme" (1971), "Foxtrot" (1972), "Selling England by the Pound" (1973), "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway" (1974), "Wind & Wuthering" (1976), "A Trick of the Tail" (1976), "...And Then There Were Three..." (1978), "Duke" (1980), "Abacab" (1981), "Genesis" (1983), "Invisible Touch" (1986), "We Can't Dance" (1991), plus 1997's: "Calling All Stations".
Tony, Mike and Phil announced a "The Last Domino?" UK/ Ireland reunion tour for 2020.
