Sleeper

Indie-Britpop outfit formed in 1993, split in 1997 and regrouped in 2017.

Fronted by Louise Wener, the band notched up a string of hit singles in the mid-'90s including "Inbetweener", "Vegas", "What Do I Do Now?", "Statuesque" and "Sale of the Century".

They released their debut album, "Smart" in 1995, followed by: "The It Girl" (1996), "Pleased to Meet You" (1997), plus 2019's: "The Modern Age".
