The Seeker
Hermann Hesse's classic novel, Siddhartha, Rachel Fuller's "The Seeker" is a musical with music by Pete Townshend.
The 2024 London run will star Pete Townshend and Alfie Boe, alongside Bollywood superstar Sunidhi Chauhan, South African multimedia artist Nakhane, and Layton Williams, plus the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Chamber Choir of London.
"Inspired by the timeless story of self-discovery and enlightenment in Herman Hesse's Siddhartha, originally published in 1922 and which to date has sold over 100 million copies worldwide, composer Rachel Fuller's The Seeker is a musical reimagination of Siddhartha's message of hope, with additional music and lyrics written by Pete Townshend."
