Reverend Richard Coles

Reverend Richard Coles is an English musician, journalist, author, retired Church of England parish priest (the vicar of Finedon in Northamptonshire), chancellor of Northampton University, and popular after-dinner speaker. He was formerly a saxophonist in Bronski Beat, and later a multi-instrumentalist in the band, The Commmunards, along with Jimmy Somerville in both bands.

Richard is the first vicar to have appeared on Strictly Come Dancing and the only vicar to have had a number one single in the UK!

He embarked on his first UK tour in 2023, "Borderline National Trinket".
