Glasgow-based pop-soul outfit formed in 1983 and comprised of Tommy Cunningham - drums, Graeme Clark - bass, Neil Mitchell - keyboards, Graeme Duffin - lead guitar and, as of 2018 lead singer Kevin Simm (replacing founder member and former lead singer, Marti Pellow).
Their key period stretched from the lat '80s to the late '90s and included the hits "Wishing I Was Lucky", "Sweet Little Mystery", "With a Little Help from My Friends", "Sweet Surrender", "Goodnight Girl", "Somewhere Somehow", "If I Never See You Again" and the #1 smash "Love Is All Around".
They released their debut album, "Popped In Souled Out" in 1987, followed by: "The Memphis Sessions" (1988), "Holding Back the River" (1989), "Cloak & Dagger" (1992), "High on the Happy Side" (1992), "Picture This" (1995), "10" (1997), "Timeless" (2007), plus 2021's: "The Journey".
