Alt Folk band Ranagri are 4 Irish and English musicians combining flutes, whistles, Harps, bodhran/drums; guitars and bouzouki fusing celtic folk music with quality contemporary songwriting, enhanced by virtuosic instrumentals, vibrant rhythms and haunting melodies, all interlaced with vivid storytelling.
Formed in 2013, they have recorded 3 studio albums at Grammy Award Winning label Stockfisch Records, with the acclaimed albums 'Playing For Luck' (2019) 'Fort of the Hare' (2014) and 'The Great Irish Songbook' with Tony Christie (2015). 'Voices' (2016) was recorded at Real World Studios and produced by Grammy-nominated producer Graeme Pleeth, and 'Tradition' (2016) both on Goatskin Records. Ranagri are currently in the studio to record their next album 'TRADITION II' due for release in November 2021.
