Dexter Wansel is a Grammy-winning American musician, arranger, composer and producer born in Philadelphia.
He released his debut album, "Life On Mars" in 1976, followed by: "What the World Is Coming To" (1977), "Voyager" (1978), "Time Is Slipping Away" (1979), plus 2004's: "Digital Groove World".
As a producer, he produced the Grammy-winning album: "Unmistakably Lou" by Lou Rawls, plus "The Jacksons" (by The Jacksons), "TP" (Teddy Pendergrass, "The Spirit's in It" (Patti LaBelle), "The Best Is Yet to Come" (Grover Washington Jr.), "Living All Alone" (Phyllis Hyman) among many others, including three other Lou Rawls albums.
