Darius Rucker is an American R&B and now country-rock singer and songwriter who began his career as the frontman of Hootie and the Blowfish.
His own solo work includes the 2002 debut album "Back to Then", "Learn to Live" (2008), "Charleston, SC 1966" (2010), "True Believers" (2013), "Home for the Holidays" (2014), "Southern Style" (2015), "When Was the Last Time" (2017), plus 2023's: "Carolyn's Boy".
He was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2012.
