Fergus McCreadie

Nominated for the 2022 Mercury Prize, Fergus McCreadie is a Scottish pianist and composer from Glasgow who blends jazz and Scottish traditional music. He was a 2018 BBC Jazz Musician of the Year Finalist and 2019 "Album of the Year" winner at the Parliamentary and Scottish Jazz Awards.

His trio features long term cohorts, David Bowden on bass and Stephen Henderson on drums.

He released his debut album, "Turas" in 2018, followed by: "Cairn" (2021), plus 2022's Mercury Prize-nominated: "Forest Floor".
