thrown are a Swedish hardcore/ metalcore band from Stockholm, formed in 2019. The band features Marcus Lundqvist - vocals, Johan Liljeblad - guitar, Andreas Malm - guitar, and Buster Odeholm - drums.
They released their debut EP, "Extended Pain" in 2022, followed by debut album, "Excessive Guilt" in 2024.
